Jay is an experienced California transactional lawyer who currently practices in the areas of real estate, business, health care and trusts and wills.
Jay’s legal practice serves businesses, health care providers and commercial real estate owners with professional counseling in the areas of purchasing, selling and leasing of major business assets, such as land, business enterprises and equipment. Jay also serves those same clients by forming corporations and limited liability companies in which to hold assets or for use in managing businesses while limiting the risks of ownership. Jay regularly helps health care providers obtain licenses to operate assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
Jay also represents individuals and families in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and he also has served as trustee and trust counsel to several large well-known family trusts.
